Customers pay with the crypto they prefer — you get USDT and can deliver their purchase right away.
Digital delivery
Pass your order ID when you create the invoice, so the payment stays matched to the right download, key or access.
Your backend gets the final payment status when the transfer settles. Use it to send the download link, reveal the license key or unlock access automatically.
Invoice amount, paid currency, network, credited USDT and payment status stay available in the merchant console.

Resolving customer mistakes
Set a tolerance in percent. Anything within it confirms automatically — no customer stuck over a small difference or network fee.
Outside the tolerance, the checkout issues a top-up invoice for the difference — fees included, right in the payment window. The customer gets two attempts to complete the purchase.
The customer can request the excess back in the checkout. We handle the return directly, so it never lands on your support desk.
If the payment is still short after two top-up attempts, the customer can start a refund in the same checkout. We handle the return with them directly.
How it works
Keep prices in your usual currency. We calculate the crypto amount and tell your store when the purchase is paid.
Purchase created
Your store sends the amount and order ID to CryptumPay.
Customer pays in crypto
They choose a coin and network and pay from any wallet.
Payment confirmed
We track the transfer on-chain and send your server a signed callback when it settles.
USDT credited
The completed payment lands in your balance as USDT, ready to withdraw.

Integration
Create an invoice in the console and send the link — useful for one-off sales, launches or products you sell without a full storefront.
Add Pay with crypto to a product or checkout page. The payment window opens over your site, while every status change is sent back to your server.
Create invoices from your backend, receive signed callbacks and connect the final payment status directly to product delivery.
Security & control
Every incoming payment is screened on arrival. Anything flagged is isolated automatically — it never touches your balance or your withdrawals.
Sign-in, withdrawals, access to API keys and other sensitive actions ask for your approval with an authenticator code.
API payouts run only from IPs you’ve whitelisted. Anything else is blocked.

Q&A
Do I need to price my digital products in crypto?
No. Keep your prices in your usual currency. CryptumPay calculates the amount in the cryptocurrency and network the customer chooses.
Can I deliver a download or license key automatically after payment?
Yes. CryptumPay sends a signed callback to your backend when the payment reaches its final status. Use that event to release a download, reveal a key or unlock access automatically.
Does CryptumPay host or deliver my digital products?
No. Your store stays in control of the product and delivery. CryptumPay handles the payment and sends your system the status it needs to release the purchase.
Can I sell without a website?
Yes. Create an invoice in the merchant console and send the payment link directly to the customer.
Can a crypto payment be charged back after I deliver the product?
On-chain crypto transfers do not have the card-style chargeback process. Refunds are handled separately from the payment itself.
What happens if a customer sends too little?
You can set a tolerance for small shortfalls. If the payment is still short, the checkout calculates the difference and gives the customer two attempts to top it up. If it still cannot be completed, they can request a refund in the checkout and CryptumPay handles it.
What happens if a customer sends too much?
The customer can request the excess back from the same checkout. CryptumPay handles the return directly.
What currency do I receive?
USDT. Whatever supported cryptocurrency the customer uses, the completed payment is credited to your CryptumPay balance in USDT.
Do customers need a CryptumPay account or app?
No. Payments can be made from any crypto wallet the customer already uses.
Which cryptocurrencies and networks can customers use?
Major assets and networks are supported, including BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, BNB, SOL, POL, TON and XRP, with USDT available across several networks.
Can crypto sit alongside cards in the same store?
Yes. CryptumPay can be another payment option alongside the methods you already offer. You do not need to replace your existing checkout.
Can I test the flow before going live?
Yes. After registration, you can test invoice creation, checkout, payment statuses and callbacks before accepting live payments.
Run a test purchase and see the whole flow — from checkout to final payment status and USDT on your balance.
