Let customers pay for product orders with major cryptocurrencies from any wallet. CryptumPay handles the on-chain payment and credits completed orders to your balance.
Resolving customer mistakes
Set an underpayment tolerance for your store. Payments within it are accepted as complete — or leave it at zero if you want the full invoice amount every time.
If a payment falls outside the tolerance, the checkout calculates the exact difference and issues a top-up invoice — fees included. The customer gets up to two top-up attempts without leaving the payment flow.
If a customer sends too much, they can request the excess back from the same checkout. We handle the return instead of sending them to your support team.
If the customer still underpays after two top-up attempts, they can start a refund right in the checkout. CryptumPay handles the return with them directly.
How it works
Keep prices in your usual currency. We calculate the crypto amount and tell your store when the order is paid.
Order created
Your store sends the order amount and ID to CryptumPay.
Customer pays
They choose a coin and network and pay from any wallet.
Payment confirmed
We track the transfer on-chain and send your server a signed callback when it settles.
USDT credited
The completed payment lands in your balance as USDT, ready to withdraw.

Order status
Every checkout is created against a specific order, so incoming payments stay matched to the right purchase.
Your backend gets the final payment status as soon as the transfer settles, so fulfilment can continue automatically.
See the invoice amount, paid currency, network, credited USDT and payment status in the merchant console.

Integration
Create an invoice in the console and send the link. Nothing to install.
Add a Pay with crypto button to your store. It opens the full checkout in a window, while payment status changes are sent back to your server.
Build your own checkout. Orders, callbacks and refunds run on the same rails.
Security & control
Every incoming payment is screened on arrival. Anything flagged is isolated automatically — it never touches your balance or your withdrawals.
Sign-in, withdrawals, access to API keys and other sensitive actions ask for your approval with an authenticator code.
API payouts run only from IPs you’ve whitelisted. Anything else is blocked.

2
Verification is automatic; a quick project review by our team finishes it — usually within one business day.
3
Put the checkout on your cart page. Orders in, USDT out.
Q&A
Do I need to price my products in crypto?
No. Keep your catalog and order totals in the currency you already use. The checkout converts the invoice amount into the cryptocurrency and network your customer chooses.
What currency do I receive?
USDT. Whatever supported coin the customer uses, the completed payment is converted as it arrives and credited to your CryptumPay balance in USDT.
What happens if a customer sends too little?
You can set an underpayment tolerance for small differences. If the payment is still short, the checkout calculates the remaining amount and gives the customer up to two top-up attempts. If the payment is still incomplete after that, the customer can start a refund in the checkout and CryptumPay handles the return directly.
What if a customer sends too much?
The order can complete for the required amount and the customer can request the excess back from the payment window. CryptumPay handles the return with them.
Do customers need a CryptumPay account or app?
No. They can pay from the crypto wallet they already use.
How does my store know when an order is paid?
CryptumPay tracks the transfer on-chain and sends your backend a signed callback when the payment reaches its final status. You can use that event to update the order and continue fulfilment automatically.
Which cryptocurrencies and networks can customers use?
Major assets and networks are supported, including BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, BNB, SOL, POL, TON and XRP, with USDT available across several networks.
Can crypto sit next to cards in the same store?
Yes. CryptumPay can simply be another payment option in your existing checkout. You do not need to replace the payment methods you already use.
Can I test everything before going live?
Yes. After signing up, create a small test invoice and check the checkout, payment statuses and callbacks before launching it for customers.
Sign up and run a test order for a few cents. You'll see the whole flow, checkout to USDT balance.
