If you're moving off CryptoCloud, six alternatives publish terms you can compare before signing up: CryptumPay, NOWPayments, CoinGate, Plisio, BitPay and PassimPay. All six take crypto from your customers. The biggest differences between them are what each payment costs you and how the money gets back to you.

Six CryptoCloud alternatives side by side

Directory lists of CryptoCloud alternatives run to ten names or more. The six below publish their fees and terms on their own sites, so you can compare them without first talking to a sales manager. The terms are as of October 2026.

    CryptumPay

    • Fee: 1% per successful payment, going down to 0.5% at higher volumes. You can pass the fee on to your customer.
    • Coins: BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, BNB, SOL, POL, Gram (the coin of the TON network), XRP and more. USDT comes on several networks, Tron among them, and the customer picks the coin and network in the checkout window.
    • Balance: whatever coin the customer pays with, CryptumPay converts the payment to USDT as soon as it arrives. Your balance never sits in a coin whose price swings.
    • Withdrawals: any time, with no minimum, to the address you name. From the dashboard you withdraw by hand, with no IP allowlist and no waiting. Through the API you need an IP allowlist tied to your API key, a list of server addresses allowed to ask for payouts.
    • Connecting: payment links you create in the console and send anywhere, a checkout widget on your site, or the API. An order created through the API becomes a payment link, so a bot can send it to the customer in a messenger.
    • Getting started: identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for every merchant, and no withdrawal is possible without it. Company documents may not be needed. Along with your identity, CryptumPay reviews the project, usually within one business day, and asks for a website that shows what you do or sell, even if you'll only use payment links.
    • Industries: CryptumPay works with travel, dating, VPN and subscriptions, online education and courses, ticketing, shops with long delivery times and licensed iGaming. Whether a given project is accepted is decided at review.

If card processors have already turned your business down, the industries CryptumPay accepts matter more than its fee. Before you choose, it's worth seeing how high-risk payment processors compare on cost and on whom they accept.

    NOWPayments

    • Fee: from 1% per payment, with lower rates as your monthly volume grows. Blockchain network fees come on top, and enterprise pricing is available on request.
    • Coins: more than 350 currencies.
    • Balance: NOWPayments offers automatic conversion of incoming coins, and stablecoins are among the assets customers can pay with.
    • Withdrawals: you can restrict payouts to wallet addresses you've approved in advance, a so-called whitelist.
    • Connecting: plugins for WooCommerce and WHMCS, an API with instant payment notifications, invoices, a point-of-sale terminal, sub-accounts for your own users and mass payouts.
    • Worth a look if: your customers pay in less common coins, or you run a platform that needs a separate balance for each of its users.

    CoinGate

    • Fee: 1% per payment on the Standard plan, volume-based rates on Enterprise. No setup or integration fees.
    • Coins: Bitcoin, USDC and more than ten other crypto assets.
    • Balance: customers pay in crypto, and you settle in euros, pounds, dollars or crypto. On the Standard plan, settlements run automatically once a week.
    • Withdrawals: crypto withdrawals and SEPA bank transfers are free, with a minimum withdrawal of 50 EUR. SWIFT costs 0.5%, but no less than 50 EUR per withdrawal. Sending crypto payouts to other people costs 0.50 EUR plus 0.5%, or 0.50 EUR plus 1.5% with conversion.
    • Connecting: plugins for WooCommerce, PrestaShop, WHMCS, Wix, OpenCart and others, plus payment links, invoices and an API.
    • Getting started: CoinGate says it follows AML and KYC requirements. Verification takes from a few hours to a few business days, depending on the type of business, the country and the documents.
    • Worth a look if: you want the money to land in a bank account in euros, pounds or dollars.

    Plisio

    • Fee: 0.5% per payment through the gateway API. The white-label version costs 1.5%: the checkout carries no Plisio branding and doesn't redirect the customer. No monthly or setup fees.
    • Coins: about fifteen, among them Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Monero.
    • Connecting: about twenty plugins, including WooCommerce, WHMCS, Magento, PrestaShop and Shopware, a Telegram integration, invoices, and payment links or QR codes you can place anywhere.
    • Payouts: automated mass payouts.
    • Worth a look if: your shop runs on one of the less common platforms Plisio has a plugin for, or you want a checkout without the gateway's name on it.

    BitPay

    • Fee: 2% plus 25¢ per payment while your monthly volume is below $500,000, 1.5% plus 25¢ from $500,000, and 1% plus 25¢ from $1,000,000. Higher fees apply to high-risk industries.
    • Balance: you're settled in your local currency, in crypto or in a mix of the two. Fiat settlements go straight to your bank account every day.
    • Connecting: online and stablecoin payments, email billing, in-store payments and crypto payouts, plus an API.
    • Getting started: BitPay runs its own KYC and compliance program. It is licensed for virtual currency business by the New York State Department of Financial Services.
    • Worth a look if: you want daily payouts in your own currency to a bank, and your volume is high enough to bring the fee down.

    PassimPay

    • Fee: from 0.5% per payment. Registration and account maintenance are free.
    • Coins: more than 70 cryptocurrencies, among them BTC, ETH, USDT and TRX.
    • Balance: you can convert incoming coins to stablecoins automatically, choosing the amounts and the timing. Conversion costs 0.2%.
    • Withdrawals: instant, as soon as the blockchain confirms the transaction, with no holdbacks or manual review delays. Funds can also go out automatically to a cold wallet, one kept offline.
    • Connecting: plugins for WooCommerce, Shopify and Magento, a REST API, payment links you send by email or messenger, QR codes and static wallet addresses.
    • Getting started: PassimPay runs KYC identity checks on all users.
    • Worth a look if: you want your money out the moment a payment confirms, or you sell on Shopify.

Other CryptoCloud alternatives from the directory lists

Directory lists of CryptoCloud alternatives also name services that get no card here, each for its own reason:

    • CoinsPaid. Its site publishes no fees and offers a consultation instead. Its products are designed for financial institutions and for businesses that want custody, treasury and compliance in their own environment.
    • 0xProcessing. It publishes no fee either: processing fees depend on your volume and conditions, and pricing is discussed with a manager. It accepts Bitcoin and more than 100 other cryptocurrencies.
    • CoinPayments. Its fee page shows 3% for coin and token payments, and a further adjustment may apply to high-risk industries. That is three times the 1% base fee of CryptumPay, NOWPayments and CoinGate.
    • Coinbase Commerce. The Commerce portal closed for every merchant after 31 March 2026, and its successor, Coinbase Business, is for now open only to businesses with a legal entity in the United States or Singapore.

How gateways run KYC before you get paid

The checks differ between gateways even more than the fees do. Some let you sign up without documents. Others, CryptumPay and CoinGate among them, verify who you are before any money can leave.

If identity checks are what made you look past CryptoCloud in the first place, it helps to know what skipping them costs a merchant later: whether you can accept crypto through a gateway without KYC.

Why Cryptomus and Heleket aren't on the list

Cryptomus and Heleket are gateways of the same kind as the ones above, and the two are linked. The company behind them is now under United Kingdom sanctions.

On 8 October 2026 the UK designated XELTOX ENTERPRISES LTD under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, entry RUS3755. The reason given is the company's ownership of Cryptomus and activities linked to and continued via Heleket. The measures include an asset freeze.

Two of the UK measures reach a merchant directly:

    • Payments. Under the same designation of 8 October 2026, UK banks and other financial institutions are prohibited from processing payments to, from or via the designated company. A payout to you that passes through a UK bank can be blocked.
    • Access. Under the same designation, social media, internet access services and app stores must take reasonable steps to keep UK users from reaching the company's sites and applications. Your customers in the UK may not get to the checkout.

That's why neither service has a card above.

If your payments run through Cryptomus today, you're facing the same choice as CryptoCloud merchants, and there's a separate guide on what to switch to from Cryptomus and how to move.

How to switch from CryptoCloud without losing a payment

Switching gateways goes smoothly when the old one keeps working until the new one has taken a real payment. The order that keeps you safe:

    1. Open the new account first. Pass the new gateway's identity and project checks while CryptoCloud still takes your payments. At CryptumPay the project review usually takes one business day.
    2. Rebuild what customers touch. Create new payment links, swap the widget or plugin on your site, and point your API calls and payment notifications at the new gateway.
    3. Send one small real payment. Pay a small invoice yourself, watch it land on the new balance, then withdraw it. That checks the whole route, not just the checkout page.
    4. Switch everything over. Replace the links on your site, in your bot and in the message templates your team sends to customers.
    5. Keep the old account until it's empty. Customers may still pay invoices you sent before the switch. When the last of them are paid or expired, withdraw what's left.
A hand holds a phone with a Telegram chat where a shop bot has sent a message with a USDT coin and a payment button, and behind it a laptop shows a merchant dashboard with a green checkmark

Step two takes the most work when your sales run through a Telegram bot. The bot's code that creates an invoice and listens for the payment is the part you rewrite. The rest of the bot stays as it is, and the walkthrough on connecting a crypto payment gateway to a Telegram bot shows each step.

    In short

When you leave CryptoCloud, compare the next gateway on fee, balance and withdrawals rather than on the number of coins. Run one real payment through it before you switch your customers over.

Questions merchants ask before switching from CryptoCloud

Can I reuse my CryptoCloud API code with another gateway?

Not as it is. Every gateway has its own API: different requests, different signatures, different payment notifications. The parts of your code that create a payment and receive the "paid" signal get rewritten against the new gateway's documentation, while the rest of your shop or bot stays untouched.

What happens to the payment links I've already sent to customers?

They stay tied to your old account. A customer who pays one of them pays into CryptoCloud, now Trybit, not into your new gateway. Keep the old account open until those links are paid or expired, then withdraw the balance.

Where can I read CryptoCloud reviews?

Trustpilot has a page of reviews for cryptocloud.plus. Software directories such as G2 mostly show the vendor's own description next to a rating. The most reliable review is your own: one small payment and one small withdrawal tell you how a gateway behaves with your money.

Do I need a registered company to switch?

Not always. At CryptumPay, identity verification is mandatory, but company documents may not be needed. CryptumPay does ask for a website that shows what you do or sell, as part of the project review.
